 FHC Development is a real estate developer and broker based on Chicago’s North Side. Founded in 2003, FHC has quickly grown into one of Chicago most up-and-coming development groups.  Matt Hubert Vice President of Acquisitions & Sales /Managing Broker Matt grew up in Central Illinois and moved to Chicago after graduating from Western Illinois University with degrees in Accounting and Information Management and taking a consulting position with Accenture, Ltd. While at Accenture, he became licensed as a real estate broker with the State of Illinois and after a couple years working as a buyer’s agent, FHC Development was formed and Matt began overseeing the real estate and construction financing duties for the company. Matt currently resides in Chicago's Lincoln Square neighborhood with his wife Julie. Contact Matt Bill Callahan Vice President of Development/Construction Supervisor Bill was born in Chicago and has spent his entire life in the city with the exception of time spent getting a degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University. After college, Bill took a job as a project manager for Northern Builders, Inc. in Schiller Park running large-scale commercial projects. Once FHC Development was formed, Bill left Northern Builders to begin running all FHC construction projects on a full-time basis. Bill is currently living in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood with his wife Rachel. Contact Bill Michael Franklin Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Attorney Michael was born and raised in Northbrook and is a lawyer by trade after receiving his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in downtown Chicago. Following law school, Michael began working for the State of Illinois specializing in environmental law. After a few years in the public sector, Michael left to begin a career as a technology consultant, while continuing to practice law. Michael still resides in Northbrook with his family.
